How Purchase Credits

Only users who have the "Update billing information for the organization" permission can purchase credits on behalf of the organization

To purchase credits on our platform navigate to Organization > Billing and click on the Purchase Credits buttons. This should open the checkout dialog as shown:

We support the following payment methods on our platform:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Paypal
